Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Dublin, Hybrid
Contract: 24 months rolling

Day Rate: €650-700

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major programme within a regulated financial services environment.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must possess an Irish or UK passport.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC): Strong hands-on integration experience.

  • Experience Cloud: Delivery of secure customer portals and backend integrations (credit, pensions, claims, servicing).

  • nCino: Expertise in loan origination and commercial banking workflows, including Salesforce–nCino integrations.

  • Integration Architecture: Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.

  • Strong Apex, LWC, architectural and integration design capability

  • Delivery: Experience in SAFe Agile and mentoring technical teams

Role Overview

  • Shape and own the overall design of a large-scale customer platform within a regulated environment
  • Translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions across both customer-facing and internal workflows
  • Lead design discussions and workshops to test ideas and validate approaches earl
  • Work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to drive delivery forward
  • Provide oversight on data structures, integrations, and end-to-end solution integrity
  • Mentor team members and act as a point of escalation for complex technical decisions
